Retail Asset Protection & Safety Manager
Job Duties
The Retail Asset Protection and Safety Manager (RAPSM) provides guidance and direction to Store employees and District Management in the areas of Asset Protection, Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Security and Safety of Team members and guests. The RAPSM trains, implements and ensures compliance to district-wide, multi-location loss prevention programs, policies and programs. Position is also responsible for the security of the company’s employees, clients, and property through sound security practices and procedures. The RAPSM is accountable for providing a Secure and Safe environment for our Customers and employees. The RAPSM assists in building strong teams by helping management and employees understand policy and strategy to ensure consistent and standard execution of Company initiatives. The goal of this position is to provide leadership and to implement and maintain a highly efficient Asset Protection Program, appropriately balanced between business objectives and effective human relations. This will help ensure the continued fiscal success of the Company, as well as the satisfaction of its guests and employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in related field equivalent work experience/education combined. 2. Four years experience in physical security, asset protection/loss prevention, and loss prevention and investigative services is preferred; 3. Three years supervisory experience is preferred 4. Certified by Wicklander - Zulawski in Basic and Advanced interview courses is preferred. 5. Three plus years experience with in retail leadership with multiple locations, inventory control, and point of sale preferred. 6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Flexible and adaptable in handling Asset Prevention and Safety matters 24 hours. 7. Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance, and a DMV record which is acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company. 8. Excellent writing skills. 9. PC proficiency in MS Office. 10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact with all levels of management, employees, guests, security agencies, law enforcement and the general public. 11. Extensive knowledge of current laws relating to security and asset protection issues as they affect employer/employees, customers, contractors and others who have contact with or do business with the organization is preferred.

Job Duties
Performs janitorial services at assigned locations. Duties include mopping and waxing floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows and other janitorial duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior janitorial experience preferred. Prior experience working with people with disabilities helpful.Ability to operate/work with: vacuum, broom, mop, floor polisher, squeegee and cleaning cart. Ability to stand during most of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.

Job Duties
Swap out bins or consoles at various customer locations; adhere to security procedures at all times and to effectively sort and shred as required by contract specifications and quality requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring security of waste throughout the sorting procession.
Minimum Qualifications:

Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, operations, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience/education combined. 2. Four years experience in selling services, preferably in industries such as accounting, automotive, banking, hospital, medical, or other industries with high security and confidentiality requirements. 3. Excellent presentation and communications skills. 4. Effective writing and grammar skills. 5. PC experience preferred using Microsoft Word and Excel. 6. ETS - Employment Training Specialist / Job Coach - Various Programs
Job Duties
This position is utilized to support several programs within the ETES Division including MCO, SCOP, and Supported Employment. It may also be utilized in new programs that are developed. Basic job coaching duties are similar in most jobs. However, in some situations, job requirements may vary due to the work situation, client status, or customer requirements. Variations will be shaded in the job description. Depending on the program, the client/staff ratio may vary.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diplomas or GED. Some college courses in a related field preferred. Two years work experience in a variety of occupational areas with at least one year of experience working with developmentally disabled adults preferred. Education may substitute for experience. At custodial job sites, applicants will be required to have prior experience and ability in performing janitorial functions. Familiarity with disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Duties

Three to five years’ Classic ASP/.Net and Web Development experience. Knowledge of various PC software and hardware and fundamentals of how the Internet works. Software requirements include proficiency in the following software programs/applications, formats, and server technologies, ASP.Net, Classic ASP, HTML/CSS, SQL Server, Git and Github and or Mercurial, Amazon AWS (S3 and CloudFront specifically), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), Understand how to modify, create, and implement Javascript & jQuery.
